Where's the Gold
25 fixed lines, medium volatility and free spins from three or more dynamite scatters. A steady middle-of-the-road pokie and the easiest Aristocrat title to measure the others against.

Where's the Gold and the Aristocrat pokies at iwin33
Where's the Gold is the easy way into Aristocrat pokies at iwin33: 25 lines, dynamite scatters and a medium pace. Learn how it plays, then see how Big Red, Buffalo, 5 Dragons and the other Aristocrat titles differ in lines, ways, volatility and RTP.
Start with Where's the Gold
Where's the Gold is a sensible first Aristocrat spin at iwin33. It is a gold-rush game on five reels with 25 pay lines, and its bonus is a round of free spins set off by dynamite. Nothing about it is complicated, which is exactly why it makes a good reference point for the other eight Aristocrat titles in the lobby.
How the reels pay
All 25 lines are fixed, so every spin covers the same set of paths across the five reels and your stake is the same each time. A win needs matching symbols along one of those lines, starting from the left. The paytable inside the game shows each line's shape and what every symbol pays, so open it once before you start.
The dynamite free spins
Three or more dynamite scatters trigger the free spins. Because scatters do not have to sit on a line, keep an eye on the whole screen rather than any single path. The info panel explains how many spins the feature gives and how it plays out.
Volatility and RTP
Review sites agree that Where's the Gold is medium volatility. In practice that means wins arrive at a moderate rate and in moderate sizes, without the long gaps of a high-volatility game. Its RTP is not agreed across review sites, so the figure is shown in the game's info panel at iwin33, alongside the paytable.
Where's the Gold and two games to try next
5 Dragons
Swap lines for 243 ways and add a decision to the bonus. When the free games start you choose between more spins at lower multipliers or fewer spins at higher ones. Agreed RTP: 95.17%.
Dragon Emperor
243 ways on a 5×3 grid with a straightforward free spins feature. If 5 Dragons' choice feels like too much, this gives you the ways format without it, plus an agreed RTP of 95.19%.
How the other eight compare with Where's the Gold
Fewer lines: Big Red
Big Red cuts the line count to five on a 5×3 grid. With so few paths, each spin is easy to read. Its feature list also includes a kangaroo wild and a gamble feature on wins. Its free spins are the bonus round, and its agreed RTP of 97.04% is the highest of the nine.
More lines: 50 Lions
50 Lions doubles Where's the Gold's 25 lines to 50 across five reels, so more paths are in play every spin. Its bonus is a free games feature, and review sites agree on a 94.71% RTP.
Fixed lines with multipliers: Queen of the Nile and Geisha
Both keep fixed pay lines on five reels, like Where's the Gold, but their free games add a multiplier. In Queen of the Nile, scatter wins start free games where wilds multiply wins (agreed RTP 94.88%). In Geisha, three or more scatters give 15 free spins with every win tripled, and a gamble feature is available on wins; its RTP is in the info panel.
No lines at all: the 243-ways games
5 Dragons, Choy Sun Doa and Dragon Emperor drop lines for 243 ways. Instead of following a path, a win just needs matching symbols on neighbouring reels from the left, in any row. Choy Sun Doa's gold ingot scatters open a pick of five free-games options, so like 5 Dragons it lets you shape the bonus. Its RTP is in the info panel.
The big swing: Buffalo
Buffalo pays 1,024 ways, more than any other game here. Sunset wilds help in the base game, scatters award 8 to 20 free games, and wilds in that round add 2x or 3x. Review sites agree it is high volatility, a step up from Where's the Gold's medium rating, so expect quieter stretches and bigger moments. Agreed RTP: 94.85%.
Compare all nine in one table
RTP and volatility are listed only where independent review sites agree on them, which is why Where's the Gold shows a medium rating but no RTP. Cells marked "Shown in game info" point you to the game's own info panel. Aristocrat does not publish a max win for any of these pokies, so check the in-game paytable for top prizes.

Why RTP varies, and what iwin33 runs
For each online pokie, Aristocrat supplies several RTP settings and the casino chooses one. That is why one title can carry different figures on different sites. iwin33 runs every Aristocrat game on its default setting, which is the highest available. Six of the nine have an agreed figure, from 94.71% for 50 Lions up to 97.04% for Big Red. Treat RTP as a long-term average across a huge number of spins: it describes the game, not what will happen in your next session.

Demo play before real money
iwin33 supports demo play, so you can spin Where's the Gold and the others with practice credits first. Watch how often the dynamite scatters appear, then compare it with a ways game like Dragon Emperor. Demo credits have no cash value, and a demo result does not predict real play.
